Guide Dogs and Accessibility

At Falésia Hotel, we value the hospitality, comfort, and well-being of all our guests.

According to hotel policy, pets are not allowed; however, we fully recognize the importance of assistance dogs in supporting the autonomy and mobility of people with specific needs.

In accordance with Law No. 15/2018 , assistance dogs are accepted at the Falésia Hotel , provided they are properly identified.

These documents must be accompanied by the relevant legal documentation proving this status, which must be sent at the time of booking and presented again at check-in.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, assistance dogs may not remain in indoor dining areas, specifically:

- in the restaurant, in the buffet area and in the bar area, during meal service hours ( from 12:00 to 17:00 ).

Notice

Emotional support animals are not recognized as assistance dogs under Law No. 15/2018.
