Guide Dogs and Accessibility

At Falésia Hotel, we value the hospitality, comfort and well-being of all our guests.

As per hotel policy, pets are not allowed, however we fully recognize the importance of assistance dogs in supporting the autonomy and mobility of people with specific needs.

In accordance with Law No. 15/2018 , assistance dogs are accepted at Falésia Hotel , as long as

• Are properly identified;

• They must be accompanied by the respective legal documentation proving this condition, which must be sent at the time of booking and presented again at the time of check-in.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, assistance dogs may not remain in indoor food areas, namely:

• in the restaurant - in the buffet area;

• and in the bar area, during meal service hours ( from 12:00 to 17:00 ).

Notice

Emotional support animals are not recognized as assistance dogs under Law No. 15/2018.
