Non-refundable fee:
Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay through the card provided by the customer at the time of booking.
The entire reservation will be charged upon confirmation.
Flexible Rate - 3 days:
Reservations can be changed or canceled if made more than 3 days before the arrival date until 14:00 (local hotel time).
After this period, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, cancellation on the same day or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Flexible Rate - 14 days:
Reservations can be changed or canceled if made more than 14 days before the arrival date before 2:00 pm (local hotel time).
After this period, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, cancellation on the same day or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.
