General Policies
Non-refundable rate:
Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or canceled.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay using the card provided by the customer at the time of booking.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation.
Flexible Rate:
Reservations can be changed or canceled if it is made more than 2 days before the arrival date until 14:00 (local hotel time).
A non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the customer using the credit card provided two days before arrival. The remaining amount (70%) will be charged during check-in.
In case of no show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The customer must pay 20% of the total amount in advance after making the reservation and the remaining amount will be paid on arrival.
Normal Rate:
In case of cancellation after 72 hours before check in, you will be charged 100% of the first night.
No Show or early departure - the entire reservation will be charged.
Important: Falésia Hotel is exclusively for customers over 16 years old.
