- Magnetic card system that shuts off the electricity in the rooms when the guest is absent.
 Sensors that turn off the air conditioning when doors or windows are open.
 - Low-energy LED lighting
 - Heating domestic hot water with pellets
 - Acquisition of energy-efficient equipment

### Water

- Encouraging the reuse of towels and sheets
 Flow restrictors for taps and showers
 Efficient irrigation management and consumption monitoring.

### Waste

- Selective separation of paper, glass, plastic, metals and organic waste.
